Wonderland is executing a strategic two-phase launch. Phase 1 is a highly scalable, grant-eligible 24th-Century Botanical Lounge. Phase 2 introduces cannabis as a proven form of harm reduction. By establishing the venue as a trusted community health asset first, we position ourselves perfectly to capture lucrative state-level Social Equity cannabis grants and secure 1 of the 3 locally capped RMJ hospitality licenses once Trinidad ordinances pass. By consolidating the real estate and buildout capital, we operate a zero-rent, high-margin model debt-free.

The Cap Table (3-Way Split)

• 51% ($612k) - The Founder: Secures the brand IP, harm reduction grant sourcing, the proprietary codebase, and executive management.
• 25% ($300k) - The Real Estate: 635 E Main St contributed free-and-clear by the property owner. Zero monthly rent or mortgage overhead.
• 24% ($288k) - The Cash Capital: Cash injection for the Phase 1 buildout and working capital.

Speed to Market Advantage:

Because Phase 1 requires no State Liquor or Marijuana licensing, we bypass all local cannabis zoning battles, and application queues. This allows us to launch and generate revenue in a fraction of the time it takes traditional hospitality models.

Driving the $85 Average Ticket

How do we achieve high tickets without alcohol? Premium Hardware Rentals. By charging $40-$50 for exclusive Stündenglass and Dr. Dabber rig rentals on the VIP patio, we instantly scale ticket sizes while maintaining the massive profit margins of our botanical extracts.

The Doomsday Baseline: $1,000/Day

At an $85 average ticket, hitting $1,000 a day requires capturing just 12 customers per day. In a downtown location with I-25 traffic, this represents an absolute worst-case scenario floor. Because we carry zero monthly commercial rent, the business mathematically stays in the green even at this extreme low volume.

Trinidad needs safe, regulated late-night lounge options. Wonderland operates as a strictly 21+, zero-alcohol environment. By removing alcohol from the equation, we drastically reduce the risk of DUIs, late-night violent altercations, and police dispatch calls commonly associated with traditional bars.

Strictly Compliant Operations

Wonderland strictly adheres to the newly passed Daniel Bregger Act (SB 25-072). We do not sell synthetics, unregulated vapes, or "gas station" derivatives. Our botanical teas and adaptogens are sourced from state-compliant, lab-tested vendors, ensuring a safe, premium experience for the "California Sober" and alternative counter-culture community.

The Harm Reduction Mandate

We are a proactive community partner. We do not operate as an abstinence clinic or host recovery groups; instead, we act as a stigma-free distribution hub for the nightlife crowd. By providing free Narcan and Fentanyl test strips at the door, we actively save lives and fulfill the exact community-impact metrics required for Colorado CDPHE Harm Reduction Grants.

CCIAA & Clean Air Strategy

Wonderland is designed to be 100% compliant with the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act (CCIAA). The entire indoor lounge is completely free of smoke and vapor. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for indoor vaping or smoking. All premium botanical smoking and induction rigs are strictly reserved for our two designated outdoor patios.

Retail Food Establishment Safety

Though we operate as an alternative lounge, our beverage stations are built to standard commercial food safety codes. The bar utilizes standard 3-compartment sinks, dedicated hand-washing stations, and commercial dishwashers to ensure safe preparation of all botanical extracts, flow-state drafts, and garnishes.

Wonderland utilizes the entire 12,422 sq ft footprint of 635 E Main St to safely manage lounge capacity while ensuring strict adherence to commercial fire codes and CCIAA regulations.

• The Front-of-House (GA): Designed for laid-back socializing and deep grooves. The main lounge features unobstructed egress routes, clear exit signage, and a dedicated security team managing the front door to prevent over-occupancy.
• The Back-of-House (VIP): Distinct, reserved seating zones in the rear of the building. This separation naturally disperses the crowd, preventing bottlenecking at the main entrance or the bar.
• Fire Hazard Mitigation (The Patios): To completely eliminate indoor fire and vapor hazards, 100% of our combustion services (Blue Lotus, Hemp, Kanna) and induction rigs (Dr. Dabber) are pushed to the two outdoor patios. We do not permit open flames or heating elements inside the main assembly area.
